About UPLIFT
UPLIFT is TECwomen’s flagship training programme. Since its launch in 2022, it has supported hundreds of women and people of underrepresented genders, in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, to build technical skills and boost professional confidence.

The various UPLIFT programmes offer a wide range of digital skills and industry-specific training, including workshops designed to help participants learn, explore, and expand their career opportunities. Whether you're looking to step into a new career, step up in your existing role, looking to grow your network, or aiming to build professional confidence - UPLIFT is here to empower you to reach your goals.
Our Funders
All of the UPLIFT programmes are currently fully funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund - making them free to access for residents of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

founderUPLIFT is delivered as part of Real Ideas Organisation's CreaTech Cornwall Ecology.

All programmes are funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council is responsible for managing projects funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme.
