About the event
Building a Resilient Marketing Mindset
Delivered by TECwomen as part of our founderUPLIFT programme!
Marketing your business doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or out of alignment. This transformative founderUPLIFT workshop, led by Emily Wheeler, owner of Strength In Feathers, is designed to help founders, freelancers, and creatives show up with clarity, confidence, and authenticity in their marketing.
Emily is a Cornwall-based marketing coach, content creator, and self-employed entrepreneur of seven years. With a heart-led, values-driven approach to organic social media marketing, she specialises in helping personal and heart-led businesses share their work with ease while staying true to themselves.
This session blends mindset strategies with practical content planning to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs of promoting your own work, transform marketing blocks into clarity, and create uplifting content that genuinely connects with your audience. You’ll leave with tools to communicate authentically, plan sustainable social media content, and feel grounded and confident in your marketing efforts.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore how to:
Support yourself through the emotional challenges of running a personal or heart-led business and return to a grounded, confident foundation.
Transform common marketing resistances into clarity, ease, and creative flow.
Create values-led content that inspires trust, fosters connection, and reflects who you truly are.
Plan practical social media content in a way that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and aligned with your personality and purpose.
Communicate online authentically to attract ideal clients and nurture a supportive community.
Emily’s approach centres on trust, clarity, and connection, helping entrepreneurs build confidence from the inside out so their marketing feels aligned, sustainable, and authentic.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Registration closes at 12:00 on Monday 24th November, or sooner if all spaces are filled.
