UPLIFT & IWD Party

Join us for an evening of connection, reflection and celebration as we mark International Women’s Day and celebrate the incredible impact of UPLIFT over the past three years.

What began as a passion project between Caitlin Gould and Naomi Johns-Dyer has grown into a powerful programme of confidence skills opportunities. Through digitalUPLIFT, cyberUPLIFT, teacherUPLIFT, NextGEN and founderUPLIFT, we’ve worked with hundreds of women across Cornwall, supporting people to gain new qualifications, step into promotions and even move into entirely new careers.

As the SPF-funded Digital Futures Cornwall project comes to an end, this event is a moment to pause and celebrate everyone who has been part of the journey. From our earliest participants to our most recent digitalUPLIFT cohort, this evening is about recognising progress and the collective power of women supporting women.

Expect a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with drinks, pizza and plenty of time to catch up, connect and network. Partners are very welcome, and all allies are invited to celebrate with us.

We would like to thank Tech Cornwall for supporting us for this event and helping to pay for the Pizzas! With their support, we've been able to offer tickets to this even on a pay what you can basis. Every contribution goes directly back into the UPLIFT programme, helping us to offer more funded programmes for women across Cornwall.
