UPLIFT exists to break down the barriers faced by women and people of underrepresented genders who want to expand their career opportunities and professional confidence in the tech/digital sector.

We design, develop and deliver introductory training programmes and workshops to support you in achieving your professional goals in the tech/digital world! All of our content is designed with accessibility in mind - allowing you to balance your professional development around everything else life throws your way.

founderUPLIFT

FounderUPLIFT is designed to empower women and underrepresented genders to take their first steps into entrepreneurship. This accessible and inclusive 8-week incubator programme will help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and gain the practical skills needed to establish a successful business. Delivered through a combination of online-anytime learning, mentorship, and interactive in-person sessions, this programme is being delivered within the CreaTech Cornwall programme and provides the essential skills and confidence to turn business ideas into a reality.

How to get involved.

Step 1

Find the right programme for you

Explore our diverse range of programmes designed to empower women and people of underrepresented genders through education, skills training, and mentorship. Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance your career, there's something here for you.

Step 2

Submit an expression of interest or application

Once you've found the programme that speaks to you, complete our short Expression of Interest form or application form, depending on the programme. We are simply looking for you to tell us a bit about yourself, your goals, and what you hope to gain - and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 3

Join the community

You’re in! You’ll be welcomed into a supportive community of women just like you. We kick things off with an inspiring workshop on overcoming imposter syndrome - the first step in your UPLIFT journey.
