We also have discretionary funds allocated to support with travel and childcare costs associated with attending our in-person interventions.

The majority of course content is available online-anytime, modules are never more than 2 hours long and we make sure each topic is broken down into bite sized videos of around 20 minutes.

However, we totally understand that it’s not always possible to attend in-person events during the work week. Our in-person events are designed to enhance the programme, they’re also a great way to grow your network and confidence but the online learning will still give you a huge amount of value.

We want to remove all barriers for women and people of underrepresented genders to grow their skills and confidence. If you are concerned about the affordability of travel to the in-person events, please get in touch with our team to discuss how we can help you.

It depends. Over the course of our programmes, you will be introduced to a range of knowledge and skills, the majority of which will be at a beginner level.
Depending on your previous experience and preferred career route, you may be ready to apply for an entry level position and we can help you with that. If you want to move into a specialist role, then it is likely that you will need to move into further training. Again, we can help you with that.

The minimum requirement is that you are able to access course materials on the Internet and communicate online. That means basic digital skills such as using social media, emails and using internet search engines. If you are not able to do this, please contact our team and we will support you in finding the relevant training so that you are able to join us on the next programme.
