About the event

Join us at Royal Duchy Hotel in Falmouth for our nextgenUPLIFT Playing with AI Workshop. During this session you'll learn fundamental AI skills and learn to use prompt engineering to make AI work for you! As part of TECwomen's nextgenUPLIFT programme, we will be welcoming women and people from underrepresented genders of all ages (16+) to explore essential AI skills for work and education.

We'll be joined by Ilse Daly, Founder of Blackdog Applications, who will be sharing her expertise with GPT customisation and prompt engineering. Alongside, TECwomen Founder & Director, Caitlin Gould, who will be delving into fun activities with Google Teachable Machine!

Tea & coffee refreshments will be provided on arrival. The session is fully-funded for all attendees living and/or working in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

This workshop will be followed by TECwomen's Sea Sessions at Gylly Beach - an informal evening networking event is a chance to meet like-minded people, share ideas, and connect with a supportive community. Whether you're just starting out, changing direction, or looking to grow your network, Sea Sessions offers a welcoming space to talk, listen, and be inspired.

We'll be grabbing post-workshop pizzas for anyone sticking around for Sea Sessions.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
